1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of ALCC in accordance with the terms below.
2. Services (Clinical, Educational, Consulting, and Group-Based Services)
a. Individual Sessions (Therapy, Coaching, Consulting)

Payment is due at the time of service or in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon.

No refunds are issued for completed sessions.

Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and may be charged in full.
b. Group Programs, Classes, and Skills Groups

Registration fees secure a spot and cover administrative and preparation costs.

Refunds are not provided once a group has started.

Prior to the start date, refunds may be issued minus a non-refundable administrative fee of [insert amount or percentage], if requested in writing.

ALCC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
c. Workshops, Trainings, and Events

Refunds requested within 7 days of the event are not guaranteed and may be issued as a credit at ALCC’s discretion.

3. Goods (Physical and Digital Products)
a. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Courses)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
b. Physical Goods

Physical goods may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
