Abundant Life Counseling & Consulting is a self-pay practice serving clients in Indianapolis and across Indiana. I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills upon request so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider as an out-of-network benefit. I accept all major credit and debit cards. If you have questions about cost or fit, your free 15-minute consultation is the best place to start — there's no obligation and no cost.

Packages are prepaid and non-refundable after the first session. Sessions do not expire within an active treatment plan.
Sliding scale available
A limited number of reduced-fee slots ($85–$120/session) are available for clients experiencing genuine financial hardship. Availability is limited to 2–3 slots per month. Please inquire at intake.
POLICIES
Payment:
Cash, credit/debit, HSA/FSA, and PayPal accepted. Payment is due at time of service.
Cancellation:
24-hour notice required. Late cancellations: $75 fee. No-shows: full session rate charged.
Superbill / Out-of-network:
Abundant Life Counseling & Consulting is a self-pay, out-of-network practice. This means you pay directly for services and we provide superbills you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement — contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
Good faith estimate:
You have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services, as required under the No Surprises Act.
